Our Mission
Hope for Dragons is a bearded dragon rescue and sanctuary in Northeast El Paso, Texas.
Our mission is simple — to rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome bearded dragons in need, while educating the community on their care and wellbeing.

Our Story
What started as a single rescue dragon, “Hope,” quickly grew into a full sanctuary. Today, we care for over 25 bearded dragons, each with their own unique personality and story. From abandoned pets to dragons surrendered by families who could no longer care for them, every dragon here receives the love, attention, and medical care they deserve.

What We Do

  • Rescue & Rehabilitation – We provide safe shelter, veterinary care, and proper nutrition for dragons in need.

  • Adoption Services – Healthy, socialized dragons are placed with approved adopters.

  • Community Education – We work to prevent neglect and abandonment through outreach, workshops, and online resources.

Why We Exist
Bearded dragons may be small, but they leave a big impact. Unfortunately, many end up in poor conditions or abandoned due to lack of knowledge or resources. Hope for Dragons gives them a second chance — and a forever home if they can’t be adopted.
